The goal of the CIHR Team for Improving Perinatal Health Care Regionalization in Canada is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of perinatal care regionalization in Canada. The evaluation is stratified by mode of delivery, and this Report quantified the frequency and safety of operative vaginal delivery by province/territory, tier of obstetric service and hospital.
